There was a line of people waiting for milk and some people went to customer service looking for a employee just for them to tell us they could not send anybody, after 10 min a clicklist person needed milk and finally went back there to fill to give us some. This happens all the time at this kroger im going to the Columbia one from now on.
My family and I have shopped this Kroger for decades. I will go to Columbia Road location from now on unless it’s an emergency. The shelves are empty and not stocked regardless of the time of day I shop. Rarely do they have the few items I’m looking for. The atmosphere is one of sheer recession and gloom. Especially the bread section in the back corner of the store which is dimly lit for some reason. The employees move slow and look tired and depressed. I fell flat on my face on the concrete floor a few years ago because the floor was dirty. The bathroom is unsanitary and neglected. A new overhaul in store/district management would probably help.
My children were not happy about shopping. Mr. Kenneth blew up some balloons, found my family, and handed them balloons. My kids have never been so thrilled.
People like Mr. Kenneth is why I will continue to shop at this Kroger.
Thank you, Sir, for making our experience so awesome.
Stopped in to get an item from the meat department case. The lady working Sunday morning was rude and had the worst attitude. After rudely explaining it would be a minute before helping me I said yes mam. After she walked off to help another customer, I decided to leave and went to Kroger in Grovetown where the customer service was alot better.
First time buying the deli fried chicken and the last time buying any from Kroger. There were pieces of meat within the chicken that were like chewing leather which was disgusting and the chicken is poorly battered. Meat is too expensive to be such bad quality. I also wanted to add that store brand items have deteriorated in quality too. Bought a bag of Kroger cough drops and there are wrappers with no cough drops inside.
It was crazy and out of a lot of things...but it is the night before Thanksgiving. The clerk, store manager were extremely nice. Even helped me with my stuff to the car
Small store. No room to navigate a grocery cart between other patrons and store displays. And I always love getting to the front of the store and not a single cashier with a open register. JUST self-checkout. An entire cart filled with items and I have to check myself out?! Oh, I didn't realize I was suppossed to work here now. Do I get an employee discount since I have to be a cashier after I shop?! HIRE EMPLOYEES. PAY THEM A LIVING WAGE.
The lady at Starbucks was rude and didn't seem to want to be there. She would only grind one bag of coffee for us, and then she refused to allow us to pay for the bags of coffee at the counter. She could only make coffee, not hot chocolate. The store had a smell and several isles were blocked with pallets that were just sitting there waiting to be unloaded. The nicest person there was the sweet lady offering cheese samples.
